Wendels recovery
After only 3 weeks, Wendel got the splint off and the pins taken out of his arm. Wendel, Medicated with only tylenol 3, went to his appointment and the doctor removed the pins using pliers--OUCH!!! It was so sad! Jeremiah had school, but my sister Megan came for some moral support--Thanks Meg! Wendel screamed and had a waterfall of tears during the ordeal. I felt so sad for him. We took him to pick out any toy he wanted.....I was ready to spend $100 if need be:) Anyway, he chose this Pirate ship that he's been eyeing at the toy store for months. I told him I would take a pic. to show everyone how cool it is. Now he is as good as new and can straighten his arm all the way. Jeremiah has promised to take him to the movies once he did this, so we'll see which one he chooses. He certainly does amaze me! I love him. I also included a pic. of the pins from his arm so everyone can feel sad for him:)

Cute dresses from Grandma
These first pics. are Reagan in a dress that used to be mine when I was little. Just kinda fun to see her in it.
These others are a cute dress my mom made for Reagan just for fun. I think she looks so pretty. My mom used to always put my sisters and me in dresses like this, so I think it's extra special. In the first few pics. she is crying, but I still wanted to include them because she looks cute even when she cries:)

Reagan's birthdy presents
Reagan's birthDAY
Here are some pics. of Reagans actual birthday. Wendel and I made Blueberry Breakfast Birthday Muffins to start the day. We went to a museum later in the day where the kids loved all the animal displays. After dinner the kids and I made dirt cups with pudding and gummy worms. You can see from the pics. how much Reagan enjoyed them:) Happy First Birthday Noodle (that's her nickname).
I thought I should also include some of the things she is doing lately. She is walking about 4-5 steps. She is sleeping through the night in her own bed (this is my favorite)! She is such a happy girl all the time and so much fun--just smiles at everything. She loves babies, balls, her bink, baths, and her blanket. She says "ma, dad, ball, dal (for Wendel), baa (bath)" and makes duck, dog, lizard, frogs, monkey, and snake sounds. She also loves to say "HEY" to everyone because she knows they will look at her and talk to her if she does--it's so funny.
