Playdough

I must admit, I used to hate playdough. It's so messy, and it always gets mixed together and dried out. I'm now trying to change my ways because the kids love it. Wendel loves coloring, building, legos, anything artsy, so I'm trying to encourage him. I discovered a really fun and semi-clean project with playdough recently. We have tons of tiny stamps that we never use because.....they are too messy:) Anyway, now we use them to make imprints in the playdough (no ink= happy mom). The kids have loved it and will play for an hour making pictures. I recommend this to all moms out there. Here are some pics. I got some of Wendel and Reagan and their concentration faces. This playdough is serious business.

Reagan's Hair

I love doing Reagan's hair and she tolerates it very well. Her hair is really curly in the back to. It reminds me of my dads. Here are just some pics. of her cuteness. I finally got it in pigtails....pretty exciting. I know, my life is pretty lame sometimes:)

snow pics

My kids love the snow and I think Reagan looks so cute in her snow clothes:) When she falls, she can't get up. She reminds me of Ralphie from 'A Christmas Story.'

chicken, xbox, loves, new years, friends

Here are some more pics. from the last few weeks. We got to see our old friends the Fish's and their beautiful girls. We also got to see the Haymores and their beautiful girls but didn't get any pics.:( We also visited with more friends in ALB and Farmington but didn't take pics either. It was great seeing everyone!
We've also been loving our xbox (I can't believe I am admitting that). I protested it for a long time, but it's been fun to have one. Wendel loves lego star wars, Jeremiah loves Call of Duty 4, and I am hooked on guitar hero. Our next purchase will be rock band:)
For new years we stayed at home because we all had little colds and didn't want to share them. We did poppers, cooked a steak dinner, and watched a movie. It was quiet, but fun. It's nice to spend time just the four of us every once in a while. We have some sweet kids that we sure love. I'm pretty sure they love each other to:)
I also included some pics. of Reagan going to town on some chicken. She loved it and I thought some pics would be funny and cute:)

Bounce U

We went to Bounce U that just opened in ALB and encourage everyone to got. It was awesome. These pics. don't do it justice at all.

Christmas DAY

Wendel was STOKED about Christmas this year. In the morning he woke up and wanted to go open presents. Miah asked, how do you know Santa even came last night and brought you anything. He replied, "Dad, I wrote him a letter and told him myself what I wanted so I know he knows, cause that's two ways." Miah then said, well, what if he doesn't bring you what you asked for? He said "Well, it's not about what you get Dad, it's really about what you give." I want to take credit for teaching him to be so sweet, but I'm just not sure he didn't hear it in one of the many Christmas cartoons and movies we've watched.....it was super cute anyway and I even got it on video. Wendel got lots of BEN 10 paraphenalia and Star Wars stuff. Reagan ended up with 6 new 5 new babies, a puppy, and a pony. I was afraid by the end, she was going to get sick of all the babies, but she was excited about each and every one:) I got a kitchen aid mixer (since I do cook now) and a snowboard from Miah. He got a snowboard pass and an Xbox. Hopefully, we will get to spend more time together:)
We had tons of fun with family and friends! We hope everyone had a safe and happy Christmas as well! Hope you love this family pic (Wendel is priceless)!
