Another Aquarium Outing

Today, Elissa and I took our kids and Amandalynns kids to the aquarium. They were all really well behaved and sufficiently worn out afterwards (which we loved).

Explora

We took a trip to explora with Elissa and Matthew yesterday. It's was lots of fun. We could've stayed there all day:)

Swimming lessons

Wendel started swimming lessons for the first time this week. He's kinda a sissy in the water, so I figured it was about time to push him a little bit. I remember teaching swimming lessons when I was in high school and swearing that my kids would be excellent swimmers from an early age.....well, not exactly:) Hopefully Wendel can at least be the most improved:)

Wendel's Birthday #5

We had a party to celebrate Wendel's 5th birthday. There was a castle theme. The kids decorated crowns, destroyed a dragon pinata, and had a water balloon fight in two castles designed by Jeremiah. They all had foam swords and probably would have played and played for hours if we let them. It was tons of fun. I love planning birthday parties for my kids. Happy Birthday Wendel!! We love you SOOOO much. I can't believe you are already 5!
